And that is buffering the effects of stress with meditation.

I have spent much of my efforts focusing on eating a good diet, getting micronutrients

in fiber, trying to get plenty of exercise and good sleep, all in attempt to approve

both my physical and mental performance, as well as extend my health span, which is the

useful part of life where we are physically and mentally fit.

The one part of my life that I have spent less time trying to improve is buffering the

effects of chronic stress.

While I am currently not an expert on meditation, I can speak to some of the literature surrounding

it.

I have practiced it a little bit and noticed some of its benefits.
