with the baby actually nursing in public, like emotionally comfortable. But it's not even just that.

It's like getting comfortable in all sorts of different places that you might be.

Right. Well, last week we talked right about, we talked about reasons to breastfeed in public and we talked about people's fears.

And so, you know, before you can even get emotionally comfortable, you need to, like, really ask yourself, like, what is it that makes you nervous? What do you

think might happen? How would you handle it? You know, and then, you know, and then what the only

thing that you can do after that to try to get comfortable is to actually go outside and breastfeed.
