So on today's podcast, we're going to be talking about cultivating

creative culture. Last time here was here we were talking about how to innovate, how to jump the curve if you will so that you don't

fall into becoming irrelevant.

And somebody on Twitter hit me up and said, what if I'm at a company?

How can I be a part of change in cultivating a creative culture?

Or what if I'm the owner? What can I do and are there practical things that we can do?

What most people don't know is that Keir and I have created

a company together. We've joined forces, combined our resources to help coach and teach companies,

especially creative ones, how to thrive in the 21st century.

How do you retain, how do you attract the top tier talent, especially if you don't have the budget

of a Google or one of these well-funded tech startups. What are the tangible benefits

when you align your core values to that of your company culture and one that helps your people

to grow and to thrive.

On the flip side are there negative consequences to not having a creative culture?

So Kieger, how do we want to start this conversation?

Well, I think that the basis of all changes, whatever, you know, is based on your company culture.

And I don't think a lot of companies kind to think about that.
