The guy has done some fairly drastic things by some people's measures, but for him he just

answered one simple question.

He and his wife had an epiphany the night their first child was born,

Baker and his wife just answered one question and with the answer to that question they found

freedom, Baker found a whole new job, and he has a very interesting story.
