All right, John, let's jump in. This first question comes from a guy named Mitch. Now, he gave us some more

background information in the email, but I'll try to condense this down. His basic issue is that

he went to the Social Security office on behalf of his mother, and he brought them his power

of attorney. Yeah, I bet he didn't have a good time.
