So let's kind of start at the beginning. What I like to do here is just have you go through

what it was like when you started and tell us about some of the struggles and the decisions you made

and kind of what your journey looked like.

Sure. You know I started my coaching career at age 21 and I'm 34 now I'll be 35 in September so that's close to 13 years ago and so I had two major challenges when I first started coaching.

The first was, back then, back 13 years ago, hardly anyone knew what coaching was. And so a large part of having a

successful coaching practice at that time had to do with, excuse me, educating the marketplace.

And the second major challenge that I had was my age.
