All right, the ongoing fight between Texas and the Biden administration relative to the border,

0:08.0

the Texas-Mexico border, just keeps on going and going.

0:13.0

There was a cease and desist. Well, first of all, let's start with the razor wire,

0:17.0

the barbed wire that Governor Abbott put across the border, miles across the border between Mexico and the U.S., the Texas border,

0:24.6

to stop this incredible flow of illegal migration that's coming into the state, into the country via the state of Texas.

1:36.3

And Texas ignores that.

1:40.2

Then the Biden administration takes Texas to court.

1:44.1

It goes up to the Supreme Court.

1:46.8

And the argument is, or the issue is, does Texas have the right to keep that razor wire installed?

1:57.8

And the Supreme Court, by a five to four decision, I mean, it was close, said, no, it's the border patrol.
