Convicted child rapists.

So let me throw an example at you.

And there's one in particular.

Well, actually, let me tell you about him.

And we don't have his name.

But it has to do with a child rapist who has done the sentence,

as is now on parole.

And part of that is you have to report to a judge

and you have to ask permission where to live.

So here comes Los Angeles,

which has more than its share of child predators.

And now the question is,

where do they live? And nobody wants a child predator in the neighborhood. I mean, nobody.

And keep in mind, you can't stick them out in the desert 200 miles away because they'll never get a job.
