Handel here on Saturday morning, where I sit here for a couple of three hours,

doing what I do best.

Not necessarily practicing law, but certainly telling you that there ain't nothing there.

Oh, there's a case out here, Los Angeles, Southern California, which we have followed just closely on the news.

And I've talked about it a bunch of times.

And it has to do with a restaurant that during the lockdown here in L.A. County.

And keep in mind, L.A. County is the most restrictive county when it comes to the pandemic,

I guess the pandemic amelioration, if you will, the response to the pandemic,

there's a face mask and social distancing and shutting down businesses.

And so right in the middle of it, one of the mandates that the governor had,

and specifically L.A., because they went further, shutting down businesses.

That's it.

Shut down.

You're out of luck.

And there is an organization where there's a restaurant by the name of Tinhorn Flats Saloon and Grill,

where the owners just said, no, we're staying open.
