And we begin with a warning that you don't hear every day or maybe ever.

The National Weather Service is warning South Floridians to be on the lookout for falling

iguanas. It's supposed to get chilly down into the 30s and 40s overnight and that's bad news for the heat-seeking tree-sleeping lizards. They don't fare well

when the temperature drops. It puts their cold-blooded bodies into a trance and

although they're still very much alive they can't hang on to

treelims and out they fall onto cars sidewalks people they can reach five feet in

length and weigh up to 20 pounds, so if you're under one when they take a tumble, you're going to feel it.

Probably even more than the iguana itself.

Although they appear to be, well alive they are the sleepy state is their body's way of

protecting them until the temperature warms back up above 50 degrees.

Sometimes all it takes is one person to ruin a party.

And that's kind of what happened last night when names were red for Baseball's Hall of Fame.

There was never any doubt that Yankee shortstop Derek Jeter would make it in on his first try,

but just about everyone whose anyone thought the vote would be unanimous.

It wasn't.

Of the 210 sports writers who cast a ballot, one was a holdout. His or her name wasn't immediately released, but it's safe to say it will see the light of day at some point. All told, Derek had 3,465 career hits,

made 14 All-Star teams and won five World Series titles.
