This is Handel on the Law, marginal legal advice, where I tell you, you have absolutely no case.

There is something going on at Disney, California.

Here in Southern California, there's Disneyland, which was the original, 1995, I think, July 17th.

And then across the party, they had a parking lot, and that was one of their many parking

lots. And then across the parking lot, they built California Adventures. And here's what

Disney does. They have parades, these parades all the way from the electric light parade,

which is spectacular, to a couple of parades, which were so moronic that it almost defies belief that they yank those off very, very quickly.

Okay.

So with that being said, what's happening at California Adventure in their parade this year, and it's Lunar New Year, which means

Chinese New Year. And it's now being celebrated because there are enough Asian folks all over

the country, all over the world, certainly here in Southern California. Now, by the way,

California has just officially designated Lunar New Year as an official California holiday.

So you see Mickey and Minnie, of course, throughout the whole parade.

But this year, the parade is going to feature a cartoon character called Oswald, the Lucky Rabbit, and his sweetheart, Otensia.

And Otensia and Oswald were prior to Mickey.

Walt Disney drew these for Universal Studios, and these Oswald Rabbit cartoons became very, very popular.

And it turned out that at that time, Walt Disney was not very sophisticated in the legal

world.

And he never owned the rights to Oswald.

So when he left Universal Studios, Oswald stayed.

And there was Disney without a character.

Out of that came Mickey Mouse.
