My name is Rob Maower and today we are talking about Model 3's performance,

as well as NVIDIA unveiling a new system on a chip.

Tesla stock on Friday closed up 0.62% to $316.58 this compared to the NASDAQ up 0.83%.

And I do actually have to correct. I made it an error last week when I referred to the weekly performance. Tesla actually finished the week up 1.24% versus the

NASDAQ up 3.04%. Supercharger network update, we are still at 1,136 supercharging locations.

In the news today, now that the Model 3 is out in the hands of regular customers, we're

starting to get more information on the Model 3, including more performance statistics.

One of those performance statistics is acceleration.

Drag times, which has done a lot of testing

on various different models of Tesla's over the years,

got a model three and they tested the 0 to 60

as well as the 0 to 100 and the quarter mile.

Tesla lists the long-range version of the model 3 0 to 60 at 5.1 seconds.

Drag times tested it at 4.66 seconds.

0 to 100 came in at 12.3 seconds,

and the quarter mile came in at 13.3 seconds,

crossing the line at 103 miles per hour.

So it's exciting to see that a third party has now not

only verified Tesla's performance statistics but actually confirmed that they are

exceeding Tesla's stated numbers. Hopefully we'll see relatively similar over performance
