This is Handel on the Law, marginal legal advice, where I tell you you have absolutely no case.

Obviously, all of us have cell phones.

And there are a bunch of cell phone programs out there, providers, and I don't know if you've ever gone through a cell phone bill carefully.

You have no way of understanding it.

There are so many fees, taxes, excise taxes, junk fees, carrying fees.

It's crazy.

And, well, if you happen to be or have been a Verizon customer, of which I have been switched over because I just got tired of paying the money, they're expensive as hell.

There is a lawsuit that has just been settled by Verizon, a class action lawsuit.

And usually class action lawsuits, in my opinion opinion are a bunch of crock you've

listened to me for years and years on this uh but occasionally there's a pretty good lawsuit out there

you know one of them being for example um a medical device right someone some doctor puts something in

your brain that should have gone in your arm.

Okay, good lawsuit.

And if that particular piece of equipment is hurting everybody, realistically, let's say a stent or maybe a device that goes into your arm or shoulder or hand, yeah, that can be pretty good if that's a defective suit.

But for the most part, no.

So what Verizon is accused of doing is on the billing between January 1st, 2016, and November 8th, 2023,

is putting in fees and actually putting in extra administrative fees

and didn't tell us about it when I say us, because I was a customer during that time.

And so a class action suit is filed, certified by a judge.

They all have to be. And now it moves forward. And if it is a

legitimate suit, it gets settled pretty quickly. One of two things happen when a class action

suit is filed and a settlement takes. One, the settlement is so low that it's not worth it
