yes so you have a house for the kids too then i take it yes yes they are uh spring break in as we

speak uh i'm here so you can tell we aren't uh anywhere sunny or mountainous or deserty or European.

Nope.

Here in Ann Arbor at 22 degrees right now.

So I'm just kidding.

It's not 22, but it's pretty close.

It is at least 31 or 32 degrees outside right now.

And it's very sunny.

We don't always get the sun this time of year, so we've got sun.

22 in the shade.

It's probably colder or not in the shade.

Well, Rich, I am excited, as I always am, about the tiny top three.
