And normally around this time is when we jump into the conversation about Michigan women's basketball, which we spoke about at length yesterday.

We know the Wolverines fell over the weekend to the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and NCAA tournament action.

They won their opening round game against Iowa State and just ran into an absolute buzzsaw with ACCC player of the year in Hannah Hidalgo, who is phenomenal.

But that team playing on their home floor, previously, the number one team in the country,

they looked like it.

It was the defense.

That was just suffocating.

Suffocating defense is how I would describe it, what we saw.

And yet, very encouraged by what we saw from this Michigan team this year.

And now, no silver lining to going down.

But what you can do is you can use this time to dive completely into the portal.

Mr. Wynne.

You can immerse yourself in transfer portal effort,

which is what I imagine Kim Barness, Rico is doing right now.

Yeah, I'd have to imagine that they'd asked her in the post game on Sunday about,

you know, how quickly do you turn the page?

She didn't really answer the question, but she kind of did by saying that she was going

to enjoy the bus ride, well, not enjoy the word she was, but she was going to take the

bus ride back with the team and level up on the players a little bit more and basically put a kind of bow on the season at that point.

Like the bus ride back was kind of that turning the page.

And I have to imagine she needed a day or soda.
