Good morning or good evening or whatever time it is as you're listening to this.

This is Courtney with think and growchick.com, and I'm back with another

podcast for you today. And today, we're going to be talking all about finding your passion,

specifically the truth about finding your passion, at least from my perspective, because I'll be

sharing a little bit of how I found mine. And I decided to talk about this topic today because literally within the last week,

I've gotten back-to-back emails from different women basically saying the same thing.

And it's kind of crazy because I know that these women don't know each other,

but they're all saying something along the lines of, I feel really

stuck, I'm unmotivated. I've had goals that I've written like years ago, and I came across my

notebook the other day, and it just depressed me because I haven't achieved any of those things.

I don't know what I want. I just don't know what my passion is. I just feel very stuck. I have no idea what I should

be doing next. I have no goals. I'm just kind of like blah, just like this bump on a log and

I'm really depressed about it. Can you help me? And I'm like, whoa, that's that's so much to unpack. And with me not knowing the person

or not, you know, formally coaching them and kind of digging in their life story and knowing

what's going on, it's difficult for me to answer everybody's specific situation. But within these emails, I've noticed a kind of

theme that's going through them that I'm going to be talking about today. I really want to address

that theme because I think people have the wrong perception of what it means to find your passion,

and that's part of the reason why they're
