and looking at the

run of commitment that they've had

that's not over by the way

but I'm curious what you make of the recent

recruiting success experienced by

this staff. What does that say to you about the recruiting chops of this new crew?

I think it's great. The last couple of weeks, we've kind of reacted to a couple four stars in the

fold, but you're getting more and more dropping. And like you

said, it looks like more around the way. So it feels like a good, almost of coordination to get

some momentum there. But in terms of the pieces that are falling, it's, you got to like

a lot of them.

It's still pretty early in the process, and these are kind of priority players at different

positions that the staff is prioritizing.

And you got to like the offer list.

You got to like the film for all of these.
