| 0:00.0 | Hi friends. So it's been a couple of weeks since the last episode. I know that I |
| 0:06.3 | promised I was going to do one every single week and I've fallen within the |
| 0:10.2 | first month of that. However, I have a good excuse. I was away in Palmer on a yacht |
| 0:15.2 | and then in Dubai with my dad. It's a hard life, I know. This week I'm sitting |
| 0:23.2 | down with Yusuf and Johnny from Propane Fitness and this is probably my most |
| 0:28.2 | anticipated episode to date and I say mine, I mean by myself, not by anybody |

| 1:20.7 | there was people being targeted with ads and some of their data had been |
| 1:23.9 | stolen. Your phone is stealing your time and that's the one resource that we |
| 1:29.0 | can't get any of it back. That to me is a much bigger scandal that needs to be |
| 1:34.8 | spoken about. Our phones are with us more than any partner, any friend, any family |
| 1:43.4 | member, any pet, probably any other item that we own. They're with us every single |
| 1:49.6 | step of the way in their possessions that we cherish to a degree and that we |
| 1:55.3 | live our lives through. There are a window between us and the world. They mediate |
