0:06.8	Strength Training and two times CrossFit Games team champion. He is also the man behind
0:14.7	Brookends, Jacob Hepner, Kara Webb and the winning team from Masters, CrossFit Games,
0:20.9	the Wasatch Brutes. What makes his story so compelling is the fact that he does not come
0:27.1	from what you would consider to be the typical perfect environment for an elite athlete
0:33.2	or a fantastic businessman. He is an extravagant alcoholic, he has been a rehab a number of times.
0:40.9	It is apparent that he has suffered with some really dark places in his life and yet he
0:48.4	has managed to come out the other side and be this incredibly well balanced, very altruistic,
0:54.2	very shrewd, intelligent and compassionate guy who also has an unbelievable capacity as an
1:01.9	athlete and as a coach. It is definitely one of the best conversations that I have had.
1:07.4	I have found it incredibly empowering. A lot of the conversation isn't about sport, it is to do
1:12.8	with his approach for how to mentally overcome obstacles within your life. He has been to a stage
1:21.7	where he was smoking heroin and injecting cocaine which I didn't even know that you could do.
1:28.8	Out of the other side of that, he has got this fantastic life where he is flourishing and he is
1:34.0	doing something that he really cares about and is well regarded within his field. It was a
1:39.4	wonderful chat and I feel incredibly fortunate to have been able to sit down with him.
