Hello and welcome back to this week's episode of the Turkey Hunter podcast, and this is episode eight, part three of my interview with Scott Lassath, the sporting chef.

Well, I know the answer to my next question that I'm going to ask you is going to have a lot to do with the ingredients that the turkey is cooked with.

But generally speaking, what are some of the side dishes that you're going to throw in with the wild turkey

meat as your main portion of your meal?

Summertime, if I'm grilling, which is more than likely what I'm doing in summertime,
