1:20.1	Hello, and welcome back to this week's episode of the Turkey Hunter podcast.
1:25.3	This is part two of episode eight. My interview with Scott Laysath,
1:30.8	the sporting chef. In this part of the episode, Scott's going to give us some turkey recipes.
1:36.3	He's going to tell us what the perfect temperature is for that wild turkey that we're cooking.
1:41.4	He's also going to share with us how to cook legs and thighs so that
1:46.3	they're not so tough that you break your jaw trying to eat them. And in addition to that,
1:51.2	he's going to tell us how to prepare our wild turkey for cooking and for freezing. I know
