| 0:00.0 | Hey, what's going on guys welcome back to the Mike force podcast. It is your host. Of course, |
| 0:18.6 | Mr. Mike G. Let's talk about a few things. One, the economy. I've been talking about the economy |
| 0:25.1 | on American contingency on other channels about the state of affairs that we're in. It's not, |
| 0:32.0 | it's not looking good. I mean, we're in a conundrum, a very down cycle. The markets are being |
| 0:38.9 | affected. It's not good today. In fact, let me check the current markets. Most markets are down |
| 0:46.8 | across the board and that is likely going to be the case for an indefinite period of time. One of |
| 0:51.3 | the things that are concerning that I saw recently is we have forgiven the debts or we're going to |
| 0:57.7 | forgive the debts of millions of Americans in the range of $10 to $20,000 for their student loans, |
| 1:04.2 | which is a $50 billion cycle that puts us into debt even more as we're $71 trillion in debt. |
| 1:14.8 | How are we going to pay for this? No one knows. |
| 1:17.0 | There actually hasn't been a response from the White House on how we're going to pay for this. |
| 1:23.1 | $40 billion for Ukraine, $50 billion in student loans and student debt, |
| 1:29.2 | like we're spending more when we need to be spending less. It puts a lot of Americans in an |
| 1:35.7 | uneasy situation, especially if they don't have resilience or variation. Let's call it variation |
| 1:41.6 | built into their portfolios. Let me give you an example of what I mean by variation. Some of the |
| 1:47.6 | things I started doing recently on social media is the concept of bartering. I did a few deployments |
| 1:55.5 | in Northern Africa on the Mediterranean that is known for the trade and the merchant trade area |
| 2:03.0 | of bartering and negotiating. That's how they evolved. They're a merchant culture. I actually went |
| 2:10.2 | to a conference with the State Department once where we're talking about a getting rid of corruption |
| 2:16.2 | in Libya to evolve commerce, evolve business. Corruption is part of their whole entire culture. |
| 2:24.4 | The corruption that we think about isn't the corruption that they actually follow through with. |
| 2:28.8 | Sometimes it's a lot more reckless than that, but it's negotiating through deals, paying people off. |
