online, the big 1050.com. Big News and Sports Miles Gierre gets traded, two-time defensive player of the year. Almost a lot of Hall of Famer, wouldn't you say? Yeah. He could have, they could have said, oh, we're making this trade. He said, I'm not going anywhere. I'm retiring. And then in five years he'd be in Canton. So they're asking questions like, is this the biggest trade in NFL history?

You know, do you do it?

Should you do it like the Rams or do?

We've already addressed.

I don't want the lions to be that extreme.

Like to where you have, what did you say, three first round picks in 11 years or something like that? I don't want that. And two of them have traded

away. The third one, they just drafted. But I do want them. When you got the opportunity

to get a guy who they're asking that kind of question about, is this the biggest trade in NFL history? Try to make the move. You got to get, come on, man. Come on, man. But that's an interesting question because obviously you can't answer that question. Is this the biggest whatever? You can't answer that until if they win or they don't win. Now, if they win a Super Bowl, that's going to be a question. But here's my rebuttal. The biggest trade in NFL history doesn't have to be that the trade was, that the biggest name in the trade was actually, because the biggest trade in NFL history is probably Herschel Walker. True. And you're like multiple, you're like multiple Super Bowl winners.

And it was the other side of it because they traded the picks.

So at the end of the day, when they say, is this the biggest trade?

I don't think so.

I think that the Hershal Walker trade is going to actually lead to more winning

because they got all those picks and it led to all those Hall of Famers,

etc.

But for is he the biggest name, like the best players apart of it? I don't know. When they traded Hershal Walker, Hershal Walker's name was this big. He was a big name. He wasn't a home, he wasn't a game record like this. He was really good player, but he wasn't a game record. He's not two-time defensive player of the year, the reigning defensive player of the year. This guy is different, but he did, but he generated, obviously, Herschel generated a lot of picks. And to me, that was, because in hindsight, we know what those picks turned into and what the Cowboys became because of that. Yeah. And they haven't been that since, right? So if the Rams take this trade and they win two of the next three Super Bowls, then let's have a conversation, sure. But if they take this trade and they just get to a Super Bowl, then the answer is probably no. And also, I have to go back and analyze some. They're asking, will Aaron Donald come out of retirement?

Oh, that would be sick.

You know, you wouldn't expect him to be Aaron Donald.
