So what are the grounds under which you can sort of terminate the contract?

You can dissolve the partnership relationship or membership with the big 10.

Have we ever seen that contract?

You know, what right do you have when your interests aren't being served to this degree?

What right do you have to exercise your independence?

What votes need, you know, essentially in the language of these, whatever the contract looks like, what votes need to be unanimous versus which votes just need to be majority? Because they keep talking about how they want to do this with a unanimous vote. That was the initial statement. We want to do this with a unanimous vote. Now it's like, well, apparently two of you don't want to do it, so we want to do it anyway and we're going to push it through. That's the question I'd be asking that you're asking, which is what's the legal pushback? Because I'd be like, no. And you don't have the right to sign away our rights. Yeah, because this is, this isn't just, you know, do we join, do we let someone into the conference?

And I shouldn't even say, just like that's a small thing.

Like, otherwise, it makes no sense why he's making almost any decision he makes.
