You know, when you talk about the rules that are coming forth in intercollegiate athletics and whether or not fairness on the part of

student athletes will be taken into account when they don't have a seat at the table.

That cannot be expected.

Cannot be an expectation.

You know, this is, you know, because we have these conversations, I have these

conversations with, with Ward, right?

We sit down and, and I'll ask him, these conversations are about the NCAA,

when NCAA rules and revenue sharing.

And I'll ask, hey, do you know if the players had a say and that the players have a say in this and the players have a say in that?

And so a lot of times just I really don't know.

I wasn't there to be able to say whether they did or they didn't.

So it's kind of unfair to kind of ask him some of those questions,

but I see if he's privy to some of these things.

But why am I asking that?

Just to say, because you cannot expect for when the decisions are being made

that the people in the power, the people in power to make these rules are going to do so in ways that diminish their power.

Cannot expect it?

Every time new rules come up, you're always going to see examples that demonstrate that.
