As we continue with the Michigan football offensive breakdown, Sam Webb, Al Borgesis, now here on the Michigan Insider on the Big 1050 WTCA. So Al, give us your grades. Take it away. Well, I gave the O line of C. I didn't think they played to the standard they want to be.

Okay, I did not think.

There were some good things in there, some really good things at time.

But for the most part, I thought there was some physical or verbal lack of communication.

A few plays that really hurt them.

And I didn't think the tight ends were much better. And the tight ends are usually much better or not much better, but, you know, because they've played pretty consistently. But I gave them a C. I did not think they were fantastic. The running back, I gave a B plus. I think they continued to be productive. I gave the quarterback. I kind of debated between a B minus and a C plus.

And I lean towards a C plus.

But again, he can criticize the hell I have a quarterback.

It's so easy to do because he's got so much on his plate.

But he is responsible for so many plays, so many big plays that they make,

that even with a lesser grade,

it's an acceptable situation at this point because he is productive.

Okay, now he's going to have to improve.

And we say, you know, he's a freshman.

It's a work in progress.

But I think he will do that as everyone else improves.

The receivers, I gave a B minus.

Now, this was the toughest one, okay?

And only the B minus because of the drops, okay? And a few blocking issues in the perimeter, too,

that were there. But overall, I think the play was improved. I think the receivers are playing better.

It just, it just has to be more complete, if you know what I mean.
