And does they have to say one week ago, we had a really fun evening at the Chrysler Center.

You and your squad gave us a record-setting performance for the opening of the season.

And your team set the bar pretty high.

That was a lot of energy in the building and your team delivered.

Yeah, we were excited to play. Our preseason is so long and these guys are coming from a lot of

different places. So they were just excited to put on uniforms and go play against someone else

for a game that counts in the standings. And so the game, you have a lot of great performances in the game. We could talk about all the guys and how they perform. But to me, maybe the best performance is the guy that didn't score in double figures. It starts with your point guard. He had a terrific performance of getting his teammates in scoring position. And we actually talked about that for the last week. And he spent five or six days being shortchanged got he has 14 assists in the game we thought he had 12 and they added two more but

Ellie Cadeau what a debut as a floor general for you and your squad really impressive

absolutely it's such a luxury as a coach to have someone that's that's such a cerebral

player running your team his ability to see the floor, his ability

to get to wherever he needs to get to because of a speed, quickness, and blinding ability

is unique. But most importantly, it's his willingness to pass the ball and serve others before

he serves himself. So those are great qualities from a point guard. We've got to get a

little more out of him on the defensive end. We think he could be much more impactful steals and

aggression. So like we've said all along, as soon as you get pretty good at this, we're going to be

trying to add different ways to help the team win. But we're excited about Elliott. He got off to a

great start, and then we found a couple assists in the post-game film. The staff did a great job of finding a couple errors that were missed in the stats, which helps Elliott. And 14 assists is a lot in game one. You had, was it, seven players and double figures? I mean, scoring gone wild. Your offense was terrific in this game.

Part of it was Elliot, but what else led to the ability for your team to just find the bottom

of the basket, what seemed like from a fan perspective, fairly easily?
