And it's time to switch gears and talk some Michigan women's gymnastics as they prepare for another big time showdown.

A big time meet this time against the number one team in the country.

They're going to be taking on the Oklahoma Sooners tomorrow night, SEC Network.

This is a couple of weeks ago as the number two team in the country.

They took on.

So again, some more high-level gymnastics joining us to preview that and look back on the week that was,

Glad that you could join us as always. So first things first, want to look back on the quad meet down in Maryland, as you guys placed second down in the quad meet with the score of 196.3.

So I want to reflect upon that and kind of take us through how you say.

And also want to have you take us through because we haven't done this all season.

You always give us a lesson in scores because I had to walk my wife through that after the

after the UCLA meets like it look it's important the score we are talking about

scores as much as we are more so than we are our wins and losses at this point

and so I want you to give us that lesson but first things first let's talk about the

quad meet and your big takeaways from last week down in

college park. Right. You know, I thought that, you know, we performed pretty well. It was not
