Hey, hey, guys, welcome back to the podcast. So this week I am doing something a little different. And I'm here for the first time ever. And it's just me. I am on my own. And today I thought I would talk about my morning routine because I'm getting lots of questions about it.

1:39.5

hour and hour. And I can assure you, we will probably sleep until nine or ten every morning that we are away.

1:46.5

1:52.8

early then? Well, I've been doing this for a couple years now and I've been actually more

1:57.6

strict with myself about it in the last year. But honestly, I just basically got to the

2:04.1

point where I was drowning in work and in life and in parenting. And not only could I just not

2:10.6

get everything that I needed to get done done, I had zero time for me. And I was starting to resent it all.
