on the heels of a tremendous letdown.

You know, Ira, how important is it, in your opinion opinion for a coach or a front office when they

address the media for for them to um sort of give you an honest accounting of how they're

feeling i don't know how many people listen to the post game with j.B. Bickerstaff this morning, or last night for that matter, but we played it this morning, where he was,

he tried to offer perspective in the moment, perspective that I understand on one hand,

but perspective that I understand on one hand, but perspective that I think, as long as it was just, you know, sort of the emotion of the moment and giving guys credit for a season, hard fought,

and giving them credit for progress made.

As long as it doesn't cloud judgment,

I guess I'm less impacted by the commentary.

It's just that I'm kind of scarred by listening to commentary like we heard

from J.B. Bickerstaff being very consistent with how guys really feel. Like when Brad Holmes

has spoken after seasons about what, you know, about the team and giving you a feel, you know, kind of a feel for what he's going to do.

It's been very, very consistent, right?

I guess the one exception would be heading into this draft where he was like, we don't really need to take an offensive lineman or an edge.

And he took an offensive lineman or in an edge with his first. Yeah, but that's because he was gamesmanship. He was playing the field. So I will say this. There's something that Jay, if you're kind of digging through what J.B. Bickerstaff said after the game, because most of it was about not being disappointed, which I think he was just saying polite things in public.

But part of what he also said think he was just saying polite things in public.

But part of what he also said was he was complimenting Cleveland about they were better, right?

I think that in his, hidden in his comments are they were more talented.

Like they have a couple more guys.

Like they have a running mate for their lead guy, right?
