I was just sitting here during a break thinking about there are a lot of big games this weekend.

For us, obviously there are a lot of games every weekend, probably important to somebody.

But for us, for here, the WTK listening audience, Southeast Michigan, there are a lot of games this weekend.

On the college level, you starting tonight, you have Michigan hockey, top 10 matchup on the road at Providence tonight and tomorrow night. Of course, tomorrow night at 736 out in Los Angeles. You have the Chap on site. You have the Michigan at USC game. We get rolling at 3.30 at the Chap on site fueling kind of a kickoff on the big 1050 WTK so huge Michigan football game tomorrow night on the left coast tomorrow night and obviously bringing home that victory would be huge for the Michigan football team but you go up a level and

of course tonight you've got game five of the American League division series the Tigers at

the Mariners winner goes on goes home, and we want to see the Tigers in action again.

And we want to see the Tigers playing Sunday night.

So it's Scoobble on the mound for the Tigers, which obviously has a big buzz and excitement going within Tiger land.

And the question is, will he be, what, he is like nine times out of ten when he goes out on the mound? And will he get enough support? Just enough support. Come on, Tigers. The bats came alive in the second half of that last game. Can those bats keep rolling a little bit? Maybe a couple of runs early to relax everybody a little bit would be really nice and comforting, but I guess

beggars can't be choosers. Huge game tonight. 808 is a start time out in Seattle, 808 Eastern

time. Covered start is at 740 right here on the big 1050 WTK. And man, let me tell you, Dan Dickerson

on the radio call, he's dynamite. He is absolutely terrific. And then, of course, on the professional level, in addition to the game tonight, you have Sunday night. You have Sunday night football. And that's the Lions at the Chiefs at 820 in Kansas City. The Chiefs are reeling a little bit. The Lions are playing hot right now. And if the Tigers happen to win tonight, they'll be playing at the exact same time,

which means we would have a two TV night going on Sunday night.

One game at a time, I know.

But a huge weekend of games and potentially a huge weekend of even more games

depending upon the result tonight of the Tigers game out in Seattle.

There's a lot of excitement in the air for Michigan football for the game tomorrow.

A lot of anticipation, a lot of anticipation and excitement for the Tigers Mariners game tonight.

And I know once we get through those two games on Sunday night, the Lions fans, that's a good time.

That's a good game to get in Kansas City.
