So last hour, about an hour ago, in fact, we played for you Dusty Maze media availability,

the all-season media availability from yesterday.

Sat down for like 30 plus minutes, obviously talking about the new guys that just signed up,

the transfer portal guys, plus the more players that are coming in

his freshman for the class.

But he also was asked about Adai, Merez, and Elliot Kadoe, and applying for the draft

and going through the process.

Now, we know that at least based on what they've said with Merez and Adai versus

their different situations, it sounds like Adai is, you know, I mean, you go to the draft and he's going to do really well in the draft. It seems like wherever Charlotte is slotted once the lottery happens, he's going to end up going to Charlotte, unless he's off the boards earlier than they have an opportunity to take them. It just seems like all the mock drafts you're in unison about that.

Merez, it seems like, is getting teens, maybe early 20s, but teens to early 20s in mock drafts

is what I'm seeing as of late.

And then for Elliott, it's about the process.

It's about a learning experience and finding out what you need to do to work on your game to get ready for the next level. And I guess he could go through the process and find out that he's the first round pick now. I don't think that's going to be the case. I think he's going to find out that he has to do X, Y, and Z. and then he's going to bring all that information back and he's going to have a great off season

and then get ready for the next all that information back, and he's going to have a great

offseason and then get ready for the next season for Michigan and help lead this team

as they try to get back to the Final Four, which is, of course, right down the road

down in Detroit.

But when he's asked, when Dusty's asked about this. And he's talked, uh, talked about this before.

This is about the most genuine answer.

You can get from a coach that is not also a selfish answer.

There are plenty of coaches that will give you a genuine answer.
