the Michigan insider on the Big 1050 WTCA. And so Mason, as we talk about the future, the future of not just this season,

but down the line, you're a big part of both. Last year was just an intro for you.

I feel like, man, this is the real coming out party. We're really about to see it. So if we're looking

at Mason Curtis entering this fall count, where are you better now compared to, say, the end

of the last season? Man coverage for sure. You know, playing nickel in the spring, all spring.

You got to do a lot of things that nickel. You got to be able to run fit. You got to be able to

guard quick, fast receivers. And, you know, being able to use my length and learn how to, I can use

as an advantage to guard them. I feel like that's where I've gotten better. So big nickel, man.

I mean, where, so give the fans an idea of, and this is not bragging, this is not bragging, but I want to, I want

you to explain to them what advantage a big nickel brings the defense versus some of the,

some of the size nickels that Michigan has had in the past.

I'll say zone drops, you know, being in the QB's vision, you know, disrupting passes,

blitzing, all of that really just taken away from their vision, being able to hit different
