I actually got this exact question over the weekend and it came up twice.

So I knew that this topic was worth diving into deeper on the podcast. We're going to talk about

it probably over and over again because as women, don't you agree that it's kind of tough

to make adult friendships? We're not in the same environment like we were growing up where

we go to school and we interact with people on a daily basis. And depending on the

environment you work in or your family life, you may not just automatically have this

I remember when I first heard that it kind of hit me hard. It had me look at who I was spending

time with and I've been blessed to have amazing friendships throughout my whole life. But as my

goals have evolved, so have I. And I always say that as you're ready to
