I was eating basically 100% organic paleo, and I thought there's still something about this diet that is triggering my immune system.

with the concept of an all-meat diet for over a decade. I don't personally follow a carnivore

diet at the moment, but I have definitely experimented with a lot. I've been researching the

concept of it for years, years and years. Ever since I realized that meat has very little things to

spark immune responses or digestive issues, and I was just fascinated by the concept.
