So it seems like every day there's news and notes that are somehow related either to the House settlement or some other fight against the NCAA or something in that vein.

There seems to be something new just about every single day.

For example, yesterday there was the 13th congressional hearing over college sports.

And you had people speaking there.

You had the, which we'll get to in a little bit.

There was an interesting thing from the Oklahoma athletic director speaking to

speaking to his board of regions yesterday that I thought was really interesting,

which we'll get to.

But before we get to that side of it, let's get to the side of there was,

Zichai Ziegler from Tennessee basketball player.

And he was suing the NCAA basically saying that their limitations on eligibility are

arbitrary.

If everything else could be challenged, why not be playing four years and having four

years of eligibility to, if that's the, you know challenging that and he will he figured what it's

you can't restrict be based on the house settlement language they're the lawyers talking about

you know the lot not restricting the ability to access there there's all kind of legalese in

there and I don't want to get into that part of it but thankfully a little bit of sanity in this craziness of windows of time in college athletics

because Ziegler's request to basically to nullify the NCAA's four seasons of competition rule, he was denied.
