Another story that we've been following that we've discussed a little bit here on the show that was back in the news yesterday is the story about Brendan Sorsby, the former Indiana and Cincinnati.

And now, well, I guess he's not quite yet a former Texas Tech quarterback.

He's only been there for a minute anyway.

But he is suing for his eligibility back.

He wants to be able to play one final season.

He has obviously a lot of money on the line from NIL to play his senior seat of this one final season at Texas Tech.

That's why he entered the portal to do what he did, to leave Cincinnati and make a bunch of money in NIL.

Of course, in recent news, it has been reported and we have found out that he has been

caught gambling in college athletics.

He's been, or just betting in general, including betting on his team when he was at Indiana.

Now, we know he's filed an injunction and he's trying to get his eligibility

and all that kind of stuff. So of course, you file your injunction. We know this. And I'm looking

forward to having Joe Simon in studio tomorrow. Joe will be here. So if you remember a couple of

weeks ago, Sam went off to go through the voir dire process in, to be potentially selected as a juror and he of course

was the um he was selected for a jury duty uh event which is going to happen tomorrow one day

it's supposed to be just for one day and so the uh so we're going to to have Joe in to kind of take us through what Sam

has gone through what the process is like. So for those that have never actually gone through

the jury duty process, he can explain that to you because it is our civic duty to go through

the jury duty process and potentially serve on a jury, although a lot of us might have reasons

as to why we get excluded from being serving on juries. Many, many, many years ago, I was, I had gotten the calls and living it back home in Maryland. I got the call, you know, I got the thing in the mail. I got the letter and it said jury duty coming, et cetera. And then I think it's pretty much the same everywhere. It says call this number the night before.
