And then the personnel department is undergoing a complete overhaul, which is, it's not surprising that that's the route they decided to go, Steve.

You know, I've kind of anticipated that this would happen if it was going to happen,

like right after the, right after the team was signed, the class or the portal group,

the roster was secured and signing day was behind them.

So maybe early February when that didn't happen, I thought, wow, maybe they're going

to stick with the personnel department for a year.

But ultimately, that didn't happen as Sean McGee, Albert Karshnea, Sam Popper, and even

Kaylee Johnson, the director of on-campus recruiting, Kyle Whittingham deciding to go a different route

with the entire personnel staff. Yeah, I think we kind of wondered if this was going to be like

an audition period for the staff for the for the recruiting department, you know, coming out

of signing day. But yeah, overall, I don't think it's a huge surprise to us that Kyle Whittingham's going to go his own

direction i do think not trying to like not trying to sound harsh at all i just i think that

michigan has an opportunity to improve here though across the board um lots of different ways right

depending on what kind of with who you, what kind of contacts they have,
