Welcome back inside the Ann Arbor Studios of the Big 1050 WTCA online at the Big 1050.com. So to continue recapping the NFL draft, we're looking at the Lions part of the NFL draft. We know that when we talked about on Friday, we talked about Blake Miller being the first pick, taking the office tackle, very much a position of need and based on what the Lions front office and others had to say, this is a guy they had definitely targeted their board. Then we talked about, and going in the last segment, we talked about all the Michigan guys and where they landed, and that includes the next two lands for the Detroit Lions because they got Derek Moore in the second round on Friday night with the 44th pick. They moved out a few spots to get him. And then in the fourth round, they selected Jimmy Rolder, Michigan linebackers.

So both of those guys were taken off the board by the Lions, one on Friday and

one on Saturday.

And let me just say, the official Lions Twitter feed at Lions on Twitter on X is they

were on fire over the weekend.

It was just absolutely entertaining.

On Saturday, they tweeted out, let's run it.

And it's a picture of Jimmy Rolder and Derek Moore barreling down on a on Michigan

State's quarterback.

And then the tweets were going around.

Actually, I guess I started earlier today where the lions tweeted,

Buckeye admin is being tested this weekend.

Of course, we're about to take their second Michigan player.

That was quote tweeted by the lions.

They're quote tweeting themselves.

Wolverine admin living the dream, though.

And then the picture of the of the two michigan guys

going after and then that response that led to a tweet that said spartan admin sides with

bucky admin but the michigan admin won let's just say that was the case as they tweeted out

the pick is in they had their michigan cup on that one and then maybe the best of the tweets on social media from the Lions feed was their most recent tweet, their most recent one, which was posted yesterday afternoon when they said when Derek Moore brought the Natty trophy on stage at the 2024 NFL draft in Detroit.

And the video of him walking on stage hugging that trophy,

he's got guys behind him.
