As you know, Wednesdays are our final check-in with the Michigan football program before a game. We hear from a couple of assistant coaches. Yesterday, we heard on the opposite side of the ball from tight-ends coach, Steve Casula. On the defensive side of the ball, we heard from defensive coordinator Wink Martindale. And so we're going to start with Steve Casula right now. He is the tight-ends coach. He's also the co-OC. So here isula, who met with the media yesterday, now here on the Michigan Insider, here on the Big 1050 WTCA. The attitude, energy reflects leadership. Our leader, Max Bredison, Marvin Klein, and I'm on the leaders we're open to. So that's just kind of part of our process. They get me fired up.

You're getting excited to coach them.

And, yeah, I really enjoy it.

And then how pleased were you with just the seeming passing game for cracking coming off the by-week?

Yeah, very pleased.

I thought the quarterback played heroic at times.

I thought he made good decisions for the majority of the game.

How impressive is Andrew Marsh and Bon Belomy?

What they've done, I mean, I love Roy Roundtree.

If there's one man to break his records as a freshman to be Andrew, I had to vote.

How impressive was that?

That was awesome to see. I don't have McCauley contributed quite a bit to the past game.

And I think it's really a credit to Coach Moore and Coach Lindsey and the detail that they approached the two-week, you know, prep for that game.
