And today I'm here again with another podcast because I love these and these are so fine. So expect more for me

because I want to do them regularly. But anyway, I'm here to talk on the subject of balancing,

chasing your dreams with your nine to five job. So I see this question asked all the time on

the internet, tweets about this, people asking questions on Instagram.

I get a lot of comments in general around this topic, how to organize yourself, how to manage

your life so that you can still build what you need to build on the side to reach your

ultimate dream while working your 9 to 5 job.

So today I'm going to answer that because this is very relevant to me because this is what I'm doing.

Yes, many of you know, I have a 9 to 5 job, but even with that 9 to 5 job, I will pat myself on the back and say, I do a pretty good job of moving the ball forward on my dreams every day.

So I've been chasing them hard over this past year, and I plan to chase them even harder in 2015

so that hopefully we can have a major breakthrough in 2016 in terms of my business being my main thing and self-employment.

So we'll cross our fingers for that.

But in the meantime, I wanted to share five strategies that I use in order to build my business

on the side and chase my dreams and not get worn out.

So the first is you need to get really clear on what you want.

I meet with a lot of people, particularly women, and they know they don't like their job

or they don't want to be their long term and they have this kind of vague idea that they

want to do something else,
