It's finals week or the start of finals week or the finals weeks.

I guess it depends on how you're characterizing it.

And of course, we're not talking about school because school is just about out.

Last couple days of school in Celine, this today and tomorrow, last few days of school in Ann Arbor and other places into next

week. But that's pretty much it. If you're not already done, you're wrapping things up.

But it is finals week because last night, of course, was the first night of the finals of the

Women's College World Series, which Texas won two to one. Terrific game. Tonight, you have

game one of the NBA finals. I'll get to that just a little bit. But also last night you had game one of the Stanley Cup finals.

And before the game even happened, we had news about one of our very own Zach Hyman.

And, oh, brutal news.

I feel, oh, do I feel for Zach?

When I saw this news, I just, it's crushing.

It's kind of soul crushing because Zach Heiman said yesterday that his right wrists got

dislocated late in the last round and he got hit by Mason Marchmont from the Dallas

Stars in game four of the Western Conference finals.

And his right, Zach Hyman's right wrist was dislocated.

And he is going to be out for the Stanley Cup finals.

Zach has been a big part of this team.

He is a big part of this Edmonton Oilers team.

A big locker room guy.

A great way to sum it up was, I read a quote from one of the guys on the teams talks about how you're missing them on the ice pick and I miss him in the locker.
