So the Michigan men's basketball team got out to a sluggish first 25, 30, give or take minutes in their game on Saturday.

But then in the second part of that second half, the Michigan men's basketball team exploded.

And they were led by Roddy Gale.

They had a terrific comeback.

And then put the game away.

Ended up not really being a closed game in the end.

As you are put in a position, they are put in a position, make your free throws and win the game.

And A&M, of course, not making a few shots down the stretch as well. So Michigan ends up with a going away victory over Texas A&M in the sweet 16.

The final score is 91.79.

The defense really clamped down, down the stretch.

And Michigan advances to the sweet 16 again, sixth suite 16 in the last eight NCAA tournaments,

six straight suite 16 for Michigan as far as tournaments they have been in.

John Beline led Michigan to three straight, 2017, 2018, and 2019.

And then Jawan led them to the suite 16 in 2021 and 2022.

Obviously no tournament in 2020 because of COVID.

Last two years, down years for Michigan did not make the tournament.

And this year they are back in the tournament.

They are back in the Sweet 16.

After the game, we of course heard from head coach Dusty May.

We also heard from the players that met with the media at the podium were Roddy Gail,

who had a phenomenal game on Saturday, LJ Kaysen, who had a terrific game.
