So Dusty May's Wolverines coming off of their win in Columbus on Sunday, getting ready for their matchup at Northwestern on, not even on. It's tomorrow, isn't it? Yeah. This tomorrow night. Yep, because the women play Thursday at Northwestern. And so we have a couple of games for our basketball teams in Evanston, Illinois.

Yesterday, Dusty May met with the media for his weekly Monday gathering to preview the week that is for the Mays and blue. So let's get to that now. Here is Dusty May meeting with the media

yesterday now here on the Michigan Insider on the Big 1050 WTCA. We're extremely excited to be in

position to compete and play in very meaningful games in February.

And it seems like we're continuing to improve our connectivity and chemistry is also improving.

So that's a good sign.

But overall, we have a lot of work to do.

We've got a very, very tough stretch coming up.

And Northwestern is a team that is very, very capable.

They are young.

They are inexperienced, but they're well coached.

They obviously have the most potent score, returning score

in the Big Ten and Martinelli.

He's got such a unique game.

And then freshman guards playing really well, a transfer guard that we competed against the last few years at FAU.

So we have a lot of respect for Northwestern and know it's going to be an extremely difficult game on Wednesday.

What do you do from them on film, Chris Collinsnell and see when you're preparing for them offensively?

Physicality, role definition.

The thing that jumps out is screening.

They're elite screeners.

They really don't beat themselves. Just all the things as a coach, you know, rarely do they have an older group that's been together.
