So last night, Dusty May had his only local media availability.

It was a conversation with Brian Bush and Terry Mills,

at least the only local media availability before the team heads off to Buffalo for the first round of the NCAA men's basketball tournament.

There should be a media availability.

I believe it's tomorrow from Buffalo. But locally, he had his one conversation with Brian Bush and Terry Mills on Inside Michigan basketball last night. You might have heard it in the 7 o'clock hour here on the 7 p.m. hour last night on the Big 1050 WTK, but I know a lot of us in the 7 o'clock hour, whether it's dinner time or other stuff going on with the family. Not necessarily, did not necessarily have the opportunity to hear this conversation from yesterday.

So we're going to bring it to you now.

How was the trip back and how did you guys make sure to maximize the time getting ready for this week coming off a busy weekend with the trip and then since we last spoke?

Well, because the weather took a little bit while to get back, but we made it safely.

Thank goodness.

And the staff immediately started breaking down the potential opponents trying to find anything that would be out of normal preparation.

And so we could be efficient today and tomorrow with what we need to do before we know who our opponent is.

And this is the first time I've ever experienced this where you don't know which team you're going to play.

But this time of year, you have to be flexible.

Hopefully you have 99% of what you would need to cover in already.

And so it would just be review and recall.

And just excited to get back onto court and flush this last loss.

Well, Coach, it's at your fingertips pretty much.

Once that team is ready for you, you can pretty much hit a button, get some film on

them, and then be ready to go.
