Hey everybody, it's Nick again on the producer here at Lead to Win and I believe this is our last week

where you're having to listen to me talk about some of my favorite episodes of Lead to Win

I hope that you have enjoyed an opportunity just to go back and think and reflect and you know at least indulge me as I

tell you what you should listen to and

in order to celebrate this what we're actually gonna do is we're actually going to go back to the very

first episode of Lead to Win when we had a different format and we're gonna use this

an opportunity because there's great content in there obviously but also just to reflect on how

the show has changed and perhaps use it as a way to look forward and see how the show might change

in the future so we're just using this opportunity to say oh my gosh we've been through so much

we've been through a pandemic we've been through a hundred however many episodes and so I hope

you enjoy episode number one of Lead to Win if you haven't heard it a long time it might surprise you

and next week we'll be back with a brand new episode all right thanks

you know the American television sitcom The Office

we'll look ran for nine seasons and the show was a major success by almost any measure

I mean at one multiple Emmys a golden globe more than a dozen other major awards

and more than that references to the show and its characters have penetrated workplace culture

just like Scott Adams Dilbert comics before them without a doubt the key ingredient to the show's

success was Steve Carell's hilarious portrayal of the lead character Michael Scott

the fundamentals of business the fundamentals of business mental is a part of the word I have

underlined it because you're mental if you don't have a good time you have to enjoy it

the magic in the character was just how oblivious he was here's Carell talking about Scott

I think he's a man who clearly lacks self-awareness
