Catch the ticket. I am Evan Jenkins. I am back again with a little golf podcast for

you this week and it is the Zurich Classic down in Louisiana. But before we get

to that, I do have to mention some very unfortunate news in the world of golf. That is Tiger Woods

undergoing surgery again to alleviate arthritis in his right ankle, the one that was damaged

in the car accident in 2021. Basically, what this means is Tiger will not be playing any

more tournaments in the year 2023, at least in my opinion. I don't know if you know this,

but you can find just about anything on the Internet nowadays. I looked up the surgery

that he's having and it's like a 12-week recovery after you get the stitches out. So you think,

you know, that gets you through the end of July and all the majors will be done by then. So I wish

Tiger all the best and I want to speed your recovery. And hopefully, this alleviates the pain and he

can walk around a little bit more because watching him on that, I guess it would be Saturday of the

Masters. Man, that was tough to watch as a fan of his and he always limps. But boy, that limp was

bad. And I mean, the rain didn't help it out. It's sad to see as he is the reason I am such a golf
