And for this week's tournament, for spreadsheet golf, for the simulated event, I've got something very exciting to show you.

I've been teasing this for a couple of days now, but this is really weeks and weeks in the making.

And what I have for you is no longer myself simulating whole by hole in a Google Doc on Saturday,

but something that much more mimics the actual PGA tour to hopefully scratch that itch that we all have.

So we're going to dive deeper into what that actually means,

but let me show you very quickly what I'm talking about.

If you go to spreadsheetgolf.com right now,

you will see a tournament that is currently in progress this is using moni carlo

simulation similar to what i do in a google doc to simulate the tournament from thursday to sunday

so this page right here will update every five minutes over the course of the week, just

like a PGA tournament would.

You're able to see who's currently leading in the tournament, how many fantasy points they have,

and if you click on their name, you'll be able to see the whole by whole action along the

way.

I worked with a very good friend of mine, Scott Newman,

to create this. He was really the magic behind all of this. So I actually interviewed him.

I called him up and we talked through the aspects and everything that goes into this project.

It is very similar to the real PGA tour. It acts. It's got a cut,

a full field. It's really incredible stuff. So I'm going to cut to the interview that I did with

Scott. And then at the end, after that, we'll talk about the contest for this week. All right,
