It's cold, isn't it? It's really cold. I went out for a run this morning at quarter past

six and I met up with a friend, so I drove to her house and I had to deice my car. Can

we just, hold on, can we just break this down? Can we just start this? Let's just give

Georgia a massive round of applause. You went for a run at quarter past six. Yeah,

quarter past six. Was it dark? It was pitch black and I would have pulled out, had I not

made the arrangement with someone else a hundred percent, like it would not have happened

at all. But I did. I went and how far did you run? What did we do? I think we did six

and a half today. Oh my god. Well done. Have you got the full

nausea get up with the gloves and the random little little funny pack thing? No, I have

got a funny pack, definitely, although I couldn't find it this morning, so it was actually

thrown in hand. And I don't have like gloves in a hat and I definitely need that. I went

outside, not realizing how cold it was, didn't take my keys. And I was like, oh, fuck,

it's really cold. So, but anyway, I did it. I saw it on our stories that you, how long

did you have to sit in your car for half an hour? Well, thank God you had the car. Imagine

being outside. I know. I know. I know. I would have been like banging on the door and

going through the lake for family up. It was quarter past seven. I would have been like
