You know, I don't think I've ever clarified just what's been going on with this hostile living situation.

That has been going on for years. If you've been following along since this inception of the show since 2018 or 19, wow, it's been a long time. Then you know, I have 93 Airbnb

reviews because I live out of them. I've had stints living with mom. I've had stints living on my

own in a little tree house in the Florida Keys. I've done a lot. And most recently, we lived in

Pagosa Springs, Colorado,

in this beautiful rental house.

But then we had a major mold situation.

So we left and we moved to Denver.

And that was one of the worst living experiences of my life,

from multiple dog attacks to just really dark shady shit going on

with management and people that lived in the apartment complex and you know there's benefits

to living in an apartment but that is most definitely not for me and my boyfriend J.L. So we decided after our

Denver apartment, like never, never, ever, ever, ever again, well, we rent an apartment.

And, you know, aside from the financial part of it, where when you're renting a space,

you're not investing in anything. I mean, you get a

wonderful place to lay your head down sometimes, sometimes. That's the worst part about it is that when

you're paying so much money for a place and it's unsafe and you are attacked and you can't even

walk outside your front door without risking an attack,

the amount of money that you pay to rent something, it just doesn't add up. So after that

Denver experience, leaving us both scarred, we were like, okay, we've got to figure out a way

to purchase something that is our own and make it our own.
